Students seeking admission must submit a valid Birth Certificate along with the application form. Those coming from other schools must also provide a Transfer Certificate. Admission is confirmed only after verification of all required documents.
Regular attendance is mandatory for all students to ensure academic continuity and discipline. A minimum of 90% attendance is required for promotion to the next higher class. Absence on the reopening day of school is strictly not permitted.
Leave must be requested in writing by the parent or guardian prior to absence. In case of illness or emergency, a leave letter must be submitted on the first day of return. Medical leave exceeding three days must be supported by a valid medical certificate.
Students are expected to maintain strict discipline during examinations. Malpractice or irresponsible behaviour in the examination hall will lead to serious consequences. No special tests will be conducted for absentees under any circumstances.
Wearing the prescribed school uniform on all working days is compulsory. Students must come neatly dressed with clean shoes and socks. Habitual defaulters in uniform compliance may not be permitted to attend classes.
Students must show respect to teachers, elders, and fellow students at all times. Polite behaviour, punctuality, and discipline are expected within the campus. Irregular attendance, neglect of homework, and disobedience may lead to disciplinary action.
Parents are not allowed to enter classrooms or meet teachers during school hours without prior permission. Meetings with teachers should take place only after school hours. Active cooperation from parents is essential for the academic and moral growth of students.
Students must secure a minimum aggregate of 40% in both Formative and Summative Assessments for promotion. Attendance requirements must also be fulfilled. Results declared at the end of the academic year are final and binding.
Applications for Transfer Certificates must be submitted in writing by the parent or guardian. The certificate will be issued only after clearing all outstanding dues. Processing of the Transfer Certificate requires a minimum of seven working days.
